Once your phone is placed into the custom StarSense dock and a rapid, simple alignment procedure is completed, the app generates an optimized list of currently visible celestial bodies. As you manually pan the telescope following the on-screen guiding arrows, the bullseye turns green the exact moment your target is centered in the eyepiece.
