The NexStar Evolution series takes Celestron”s Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes to a new level with built-in Wi-Fi and intuitive mobile control. Once connected to the telescope”s wireless network, users can access a real-time planetarium interface and celestial object database directly from the Celestron mobile app.

The integrated SkyAlign procedure allows fast alignment within minutes. The app displays the current night sky and shows visible celestial targets based on time and location.

The Schmidt-Cassegrain optical system with premium StarBright XLT coatings provides bright, sharp, and high-contrast views. The telescope is suitable for both visual observation and beginner astrophotography.

The computerized mount uses precision worm gears and upgraded motors for smoother and more accurate tracking. Users interested in longer-exposure astrophotography can later add the optional Pro HD Wedge.

The integrated lithium-ion battery provides up to 10 hours of operation without external power. The mount also features ergonomic carry handles, dual accessory trays, and a USB charging port for smart devices.
