Levenhuk New Wise PRO ED 12x50 Monocular

The Levenhuk New Wise PRO ED 12x50 is a professional-grade monocular that is designed for observing distant objects in a wide variety of settings from quietly studying wildlife to following fast-paced sporting events. It combines powerful 12x magnification with a large 50mm objective lens. This delivers impressive detail and a bright, comfortable view even in low-light conditions. Thanks to its BaK-4 glass prisms, ED glass lenses, and fully multi-coated optics, the monocular produces a sharp, high-contrast image with minimal color fringing across the entire field of view.

The optical design comprises 7 elements in 5 groups total, with a 3-element objective (2 groups) and a 4-element eyepiece (3 groups). With an 18mm eye relief and a 4.2mm exit pupil, it remains comfortable to use regardless of whether you wear glasses. A wide 5.5° field of view, corresponding to 96 meters at 1,000 meters, lets you take in large scenes at a glance. A relative brightness of 17.6 and a twilight factor of 24.49 ensure excellent performance in dim light, whether at dusk or dawn.

A large, smooth-focusing wheel enables quick and precise adjustment for objects as close as 3 meters away. The eyepiece also provides ±4D of correction. Therefore, you can fine-tune the view to match your personal eyesight. The twist-up eyecup offers three fixed positions for a customized fit.

Housed in robust, high-strength ABS plastic, the monocular is nitrogen-purged to prevent internal fogging and it is rated IP67 for waterproof protection against rain and temporary immersion. It delivers reliable performance in temperatures from –20°C to +55°C. Therefore, you can always count on it in any season. With its compact size and 455 grams in weight, the monocular is easy to keep with you wherever you go. A standard tripod socket allows for stable, extended viewing (tripod is sold separately).
